What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Responsible for the development of TL‘s performance, promotion and other systems and standards, and continuous optimization according to the stage of organizational development;
  • Responsible for the integrated operation of various projects of leadership management, promoting project implementation and continuous improvement;
  • Responsible for developing project plans, communicating actively with project stakeholders, coordinating resources and solving problems in project operation;
  • Continuously identify and analyze common problems in teams and projects, conduct regular reviews and improvements;
  • Responsible for the organization and analysis of TL's information and related data, conduct relevant data analysis and form reports according to work needs

 

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in management, human resource management, psychology, etc., English and Mandarin as working languages are preferred
  • 7 years of relevant work experience, familiar with organizational development system, with project implementation experience in talent assessment, leadership development, etc.;
  • Experience in first or second tier Internet industry or Internet finance industry, clear and rigorous logic, strong affinity, excellent interpersonal understanding and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills;
  • Systematic thinking, strong learning ability, information mining ability, analytical ability, good at integrating resources, and good teamwork spirit.
