What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as an owner of system support operations, such as system maintenance/system setup/user training/etc.
  • Develop and optimize system operation/management flows.
  • Keep consistent track of system availability & functionality and point out problems.
  • Make effective decision and take timely action upon problems found.
  • Collect and analyze information from Finance department (and other teams) and generate business requirements for system development or optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product & Development teams on requirement clarification and development plan confirmation.
  • Keep track of performance of system functionalities and explore possibilities for system optimization from finance perspective.
  • Establish close and efficient communication with multiple departments for information synchronization and problem solving.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Fin-Tech/Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in Finance Software & System/ERP Software/Internal Finance System/Finance IT/Finance Information Sharing Platform.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to stay self-motivated and committed when pushing project result delivery and facing/resolving problems.
  • Strong cross-team coordination & collaboration skills.
  • Strong execution skills to deliver system development & problem-solving results.
