What You'll Be Doing
- Act as an owner of system support operations, such as system maintenance/system setup/user training/etc.
- Develop and optimize system operation/management flows.
- Keep consistent track of system availability & functionality and point out problems.
- Make effective decision and take timely action upon problems found.
- Collect and analyze information from Finance department (and other teams) and generate business requirements for system development or optimization.
- Collaborate with Product & Development teams on requirement clarification and development plan confirmation.
- Keep track of performance of system functionalities and explore possibilities for system optimization from finance perspective.
- Establish close and efficient communication with multiple departments for information synchronization and problem solving.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Fin-Tech/Information Technology.
- Prior experience in Finance Software & System/ERP Software/Internal Finance System/Finance IT/Finance Information Sharing Platform.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to stay self-motivated and committed when pushing project result delivery and facing/resolving problems.
- Strong cross-team coordination & collaboration skills.
- Strong execution skills to deliver system development & problem-solving results.
