About the Opportunity

As Head of the Technology Governance & Compliance team, you will work directly with senior management of the company, overseeing regulatory and compliance matters for all technology teams. You will have oversight of critical systems including trading, custody, asset management, accounting, and KYC/AML etc. You will also oversee IT procedures including SDLC, change management, cybersecurity, and vendor management. This is a great opportunity to manage a taskforce of a leading company in Crypto/Web3, and to drive the business into regulated space.

 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Analyze and examine current key system processes including trading, custody, asset reconciliation, account management and security management; create technology documentations as needed.
  • Identify gaps from regulatory/compliance point of view.
  • Strategize and track remediation progress.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams, setup key policies around technology management.
  • Oversee implementation and iteration of technology policies across global teams.

 

What We Look For In You: 

  • Strong track record and experience in software development, testing, management, business analyst or similar capacity.
  • Experience in financial technology including trading, accounting, asset management or similar areas.
  • Strong analytical skills, fast learner, able to grasp key concepts in different application domains, identify key risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication skills, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
