What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the development of the product roadmap for platform campaign initiatives, such as promotional events and trading bonus, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including local market, design, engineering, and data analysis to conceptualize and execute effective campaign features and tools.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure the impact of campaigns, test hypotheses, and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements.

Advocate for quality engineering solutions and scalable architectural designs, while considering localization needs and maintaining a high level of system performance.

Manage projects with efficient scope, timeline, and stakeholder coordination, prioritizing quick iterations and impactful results.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the internet or e-commerce industry.

Experience in promotions/campaigns/operations platform related products.

Experience in cross-system product design, technical design.

Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to apply UX design methodologies.

Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
