What the day to day looks like:

  • Transform business objectives into creating compelling products that speak their purpose, are simple to understand, and feasible to build
  • Manage content design process for projects from end to end: Discovery and concept ideation, flow and prototype content, and high-fidelity designs
  • Drive content-specific deliverables such as content audits, messaging frameworks, landing page copy, and dynamic copy solutions
  • Clearly present your strategy, process, inspirations and decisions to stakeholders including C-suite stakeholders
  • Lead and nuture the content design teams across APAC, ensure OKX products are held to the highest quality in terms of content
  • Set up content evaluation mechanism and process
  • Continously partner with hiring team to identify the right talents for the team and create improvement plans for all content designers at all levels
  • Collaborate with different teams in a product organization (including Product Owners, Designers & Developers) to ensure well-designed internal/external workflows are simple and efficient
  • Strategize and evolve when required with the changes of the organization and industry as a thought leader


Ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience in content design lead or similar capacity with history of leading a team of content designers 
  • Experienced working in multicultural & cross regional teams, able to bridge between China & ROW regions
  • Familiar with design processes & workflows in fast-paced tech company
  • Thorough understanding and training experience on the career path of a content designer.
  • Result-Oriented and high ownership strategic mindset; able to solve complex business problems to achieve end user goals effectively
  • Open-minded, embrace the changes from industry's fast paced developments
  • Determined to make an impact on an individual, organisation and industry level

Nice to have

  • Experience in designing Fintech, Investment, or Crypto-related products is a plus
