Job Responsibilities:
1. Summarise and sort out the group's financial data and various management reports;
2. Multi-dimensional design of financial analysis templates and issuance of multi-dimensional financial analysis reports;
3. Analyse the financial status, operation and contract execution of the group;
4. Understand the business through data, dig deep into business problems and pain points with data, and provide sufficient financial analysis support for Line of Business and various decisions of operation and management;
5. Track the budget implementation of each Line of Business, integrate into business scenarios, conduct variance analysis, understand the reasons, and propose suggestions;
6. Cooperate with the needs of the Group's Lines of Business and provide relevant data and information in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, accounting, finance and other related majors
2. More than 3 years of work experience, with data analysis, financial analysis work background, familiar with the management of financial reports, statement projects, financial indicators, financial models, with logical analysis ability and financial analysis thinking, can solve data and report problems by analyzing system logic
3. Good communication and expression skills in both Chinese and English, good at teamwork and organization and coordination, rich ability to integrate project resources across teams and departments, and able to carry out projects independently.
4. Proficient in using Excel/Power BI/SQL /Numbers and other work software, familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods, and have experience in data model establishment
5. Familiar with financial systems such as Oracle/Kingdee.
