About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap for analytics features, with a specific focus on account and token analysis, including account P&L, earn product P&L, and trading P&L.

Clearly define product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and data analytics teams to ensure the successful implementation of user-friendly and insightful analytics features.

Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices in analytics and data visualization, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Conduct thorough user research, gather valuable feedback, and analyze data to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in account and token analysis workflows.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of analytics features, identify areas for optimization, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Provide strong leadership and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).

Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.

Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, and building data analytics products.

Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features, including account and token analysis, P&L calculations, and data visualization.

In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.

Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
