What You'll be Doing

  • Provide technical assistance and support for OKX Bahamas users;
  • Answer user questions via phone, email and in person;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems;
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate staff;
  • Train new users on OKX Bahamas systems and software;
  • Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions; and
  • Perform other IT support duties as needed;

What We Look For in You

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience of at least 4 years
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to Haves

  • Background in the Fintech industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in other languages also a plus
  • Experience working with teams across global offices and different time zones.
