JOB SUMMARY

The Content Creator will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across a range of digital channels. This maker/go-getter will keep our brand partners' communications active in the digital world by ensuring their digital presence supports the brand with a visual POV and fluency that keeps people looking forward to more. 

This role requires someone who is steeped in the social creation process. They can shape, create, manage, and deliver digital content using a range of techniques across channels including websites, social media and webinars. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, resourceful problem-solver and proactive thinker. This person will possess an outgoing, get-it-done attitude, and believe no task is too small. You are flexible, organized, and think on your feet. 

Candidates must have a sense of humor, an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in the creative process. Candidates will also have the forethought to make suggestions and think outside of the box.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Content Creator is responsible for:

  • Working with producers to identify a production approach for each project 
  • Working with the Studio Manager / Line Producer to identify budget drivers such as: additional gear, third party partners, talent, props and locations
  • Shooting, editing, and basic 2D animation of titles to create and deliver weekly content
  • Show up daily ready to shoot and post in a fast-paced environment
  • Be flexible and open to change while maintaining the brand’s visual POV 
  • Assist Producers in the day-to-day sourcing, delivery, set up and return of wardrobe, prop accessories for Whiskey & Bananas productions
  • Shooting concept prototypes
  • Building brand content libraries

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in creative environments (agencies, production, fashion, etc.) 
  • Creative production and agency exposure is a plus

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

  • Exceptional computer and written/verbal communication – provide regular updates, status, and ask questions, ets.
  • Organized with strong time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with all types of people
  • Readiness to jump in to do what needs to be done to keep things on track and moving forward
