JOB SUMMARY

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Art Director is responsible for:
- Working closely with a copywriter to concept and execute ideas, working with ACD and CD team members, and follow their lead to continuously make the work better
- Always striving to find the big idea while also recognizing the nuances that take the work to the next level
- Ownership is key which includes hitting deadlines and always keeping an eye on the details
- Attending and contributing to creative brainstorm meetings
- Building creative presentations and bringing ideas to life in executions
- Being thoughtful in how you apply feedback provided by creative leads
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of experience at an ad agency or similar
- Experience working on large 360 campaigns – and a killer book to boot
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
- Strong art direction background and skills
- Fluent in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud and Keynote
- A passion for art and culture, and a great design sensibility
- Be both right brained and left brained – without overthinking the work
- Energy, curiosity and an ability to maintain your sense of humor under tight timelines
- Exceptional time management, organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient in the face of ambiguity and change
