About the role

People is at the heart of Okcoin's culture. Identifying, grooming and shaping the behaviors of our next gen leaders to fuel our business growth is most important to our business. The Leadership Management and Development function is set up to solely focus on driving an uplift in leadership capability across the organization to achieve excellence in leadership every day and in everything that we do. We work closely with leaders across levels and across the organization globally, as the advisor, coach and change initiator. We are looking for a passionate and experienced leadership development expert to join the team to join the exciting journey with us in this frontier industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design a suite of programs that create a clear growth pathway from first line manager through the executive team, so that leadership potential is developed in line with organizational need

  • Plan and deliver leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure that our leaders are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture

  • Improve understanding of our leadership behaviors at all levels across the organization and support leaders in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviors consistently to shape the desired culture of Okcoin

  • Develop innovative and rich learning offerings to our leaders to support a learning culture

  • Design and deliver workshops for aspiring leaders to support them in their team management and culture building activities

  • Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions in order to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance current offerings to support leaders in achieving their full potential

  • Work closely with colleagues across the LMD function and take the lead in team building activities to build a high-performing, driven team with great team spirit

Ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience working in Leadership development, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, and Talent Management domains, preferably from a well-known technology/financial organization; Previous experience in consulting is highly desired

  • Able to navigate in a fast-pace working environment, likes to take up new challenges, open and flexible to fast changes, and values team work

  • Logical and structured in problem solving, with a "big picture" mindset

  • Past experience and credentials in leadership assessment and development tools is a plus (e.g. DISC, Leadership 360 tools, Lego serious play facilitator, executive coach)

  • Experienced workshop and/or training designer and facilitator

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Chinese is a plus)
