Our product team values critical thinking, curiosity, passion for problem solving, and empathy for users. We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager who is passionate and hands-on when it comes to building product solutions that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment filled with driven teammates working collaboratively to design, build, and release products that solve customer problems and are aligned to our company’s business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a product delivery team responsible for engaging and re-engaging consumers who visit Movoto.com  
  • Develop deep knowledge of consumer behavioral data and produce a perspective on the highest-leverage ways to help connect qualified consumers with the best experience for them
  • Partner with design, engineering, and data analytics to define and build  seamless end-to-end experiences that delight consumers throughout the homeownership journey
  • Serve as a steward of your product and business KPIS by demonstrating self-sufficiency across a variety of analytical tools, including GA4, Looker, and Looker Studio
  • Work closely with senior leaders to identify which projects best support our company and product strategy and set expectations throughout the org on what a proud-but-achievable plan to win entails 
  • Define and design  high-impact A/B test experiments with clearly defined hypotheses and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a living product roadmap that can be used to drive clarity and enthusiasm throughout the org 
  • Evaluate and navigate short-term and long-term tradeoffs as you continually hone and improve your teams’ execution plan 
  • Serve as a mentor for other Product Managers in the org by  extreme ownership of user experience, product performance, technical excellence, operational efficiency, and go-to-market strategy,

What we need from you:

  • Strong empathy for users — a customer champion
  • Experience building consumer-facing web products with data & engagement loops
  • Strong analytical skills, including an ability to work directly with the data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills; comfortable guiding internal & external senior executives
  • Comfort in leading through ambiguity; ability to set long-term outcomes and maintain focus on achieving them while navigating change
  • Experience collaborating with multiple engineering teams across several time zones to define and execute the product roadmap
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in two-sided marketplace

  • MBA
