This is an exciting opportunity to represent a fast growing organic food and wellness start-up. This role will be traveling from site to site in the city of San Francisco. As a Happiness Manager (Account Manager), you will play an essential role in delivering a delightful experience to our customers and sharing our mission to start-ups like Clever, Cruise, Apple, Giphy, Slack, Indeed and many more!
Manage a budget and collaborate on fiscal strategy
Corporate customer account management for tech start-ups like Clever, Cruise, Lyft, Apple, Giphy, Slack and more
Collaborate with an seasoned exceptional HR team to recruit, train, lead and mentor Happiness Ambassadors
Evangelize in-office user experience by designing and launching sleek kitchenette spaces
Tackle logistics problems and facilitate inventory processes
Partner with connections and growth specialists to share our mission to prospective clients
Must have 2+ years of experience in account management with budget (preferably in hospitality/food and beverage)
Experience in B2B preferred
Must have 1+ years of experience managing employees (experience working with hourly workforce preferred)
Strong communication skills, a relationship builder and proven leadership ability
Fanatical focus on providing excellent customer experience
Highly detail oriented, efficient and an operational strategist
Bachelor's degree in humanities, business or social science preferred
Must have a reliable transportation and travel from site to site (HQ is in Burlingame but middle location of sites covered is Palo Alto)
