As Head of Special Projects at Ohi, you will lead a variety of strategic initiatives within the company, working directly with our leadership team to make data driven-decisions as we continue to grow our business. Projects will touch on a wide range of different areas within the business, from our hiring and real estate strategies, to warehouse partnership strategy, and US and international expansion. You will be part of a team that prioritizes collaboration, attention to detail and having fun. You will be part of a company that is democratizing instant commerce for all e-commerce companies, providing consumers with a magical, sub-2 hour, post-purchase experience.
Lead a variety of strategic initiatives alongside our leadership team, taking charge of the analysis and making recommendations that help drive our growth
Manage stakeholders within the business to execute on initiatives, project managing them to completion
Build out broader strategy team within the business, developing a world class strategy function as we scale
3+ years of experience in an investment banking, consulting or business strategy role
Previous experience in high growth startups is a huge plus
Highly analytical and detail oriented, thrives in digging into the detail to find non-obvious insights
Organised and self-starter, thrives in an unstructured environment
Understands the ups-and-downs of early startups, and is willing to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Strong communication and analytical skills
Excellent excel modelling and presentation skills are a must
Passionate about Ohi’s mission and contributing to the success of the company
We have grown up during COVID, and are very comfortable with the team working remotely. We will have office locations in LA and NYC for members of the team who wish to work in person
