責務

担当する製品カテゴリーにおける下記のマネージメント業務

年間スコープによって各カテゴリーに割り当てられた予算(FEEベース)に対して、各プロジェクトの進行の労働時間との相関で利益を管理し、一方でカテゴリ毎のアカウントディレクターと連携し、全てのプロジェクトの進捗管理を行います。

必須要件

  • 広告代理店、またはDigital専業代理店(電通デジタル、Cyber Agent、IMJ、OPT等大手に限る)において、営業・アカウント業務の統括(責任者)経験が最低5年以上
  • 規模感の大きい年間FEEベースのクライアントにおいて、全体バジェットや利益管理を行ったことがある(P&G、Apple、NIKE、TCCC等のグローバルクライアントや日本企業で世界展開しているなどのクライアント経験が必須)
  • TV・雑誌等のATLから、デジタル・イベント・店頭などのBTLまで、いわゆる360的な幅広い業務経験がある(様々な業務カテゴリの概要やワークフローを理解している)
  • 日本語母国語レベル、英語ビジネスレベル以上

Overview

We are looking for a Program Director who can lead a campaign from the moment the client brief is received, all the way through to delivery to work on the beverage brand portfolio. 
You’ll act as the lynchpin between all departments, ensuring work is allocated correctly, delivered on time and within budget and that all relevant stakeholders are satisfied with the work.

Key Accountabilities

The following management duties for the product category: 
Manage profits in relation to the working hours of each project against the budget (FEE basis) allocated to each category according to the annual scope.
On the other hand, we work with account directors for each category to manage the progress of all projects.

Qualification

Mandatory

  • At least 5 years of experience as the person in charge of sales and account operations at an advertising agency or digital agency (limited to major companies such as Dentsu Digital, Cyber ​Agent, IMJ, OPT, etc.)
  • Experienced in overall budget and profit management for a large annual FEE-based client (experience with global clients such as P&G, Apple, NIKE, TCCC, etc., or client experience with a Japanese company operating globally is required)
  •  Has a wide range of so-called 360 work experience, from ATL for TV, magazines, etc. to BTL for digital, events, in-store, etc. (understands the overview and workflow of various business categories) 
  • Language: Business level or above in both Japanese and English (Native level of Japanese required)
Better to have
  • Digital related knowledge (web production, online advertising, SNS, CRM, etc.)
  • Interest and desire for knowledge in CX/DX and WEB3 (NFT, Metaverse, etc.)
  • A mindset that is resistant to stress and allows you to complete your work even under difficult circumstances
