Overview

You will be responsible for managing complex digital projects for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Strategy, Creative, and Production to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality digital campaigns that meet client objectives and drive business results.

Accountabilities

  • Work with clients to define project objectives and develop digital strategies that align with their business goals.

  • Plan and execute digital projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Strategy, Creative, and Production to ensure projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against project milestones.

  • Communicate project requirements, objectives, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Use data and analytics to measure and analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign results.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers to resolve them.

  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Core Duties

  • Understand project management methodologies and tools, and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Understant digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising and excuecute it accordingly.
  • Work with clients to define project objectives and develop digital strategies that align with their business goals.

  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Communicate project requirements, objectives, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Deal with data and analytics platforms to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Use data to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Use digital production tools and technologies, such as content management systems (CMS), digital asset management systems (DAM), and project management software (i.e. asana, smartsheet, etc.) to effectivly manage projects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers to resolve them.

  • Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, and be comfortable making decisions under pressure.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to manage complex digital projects for clients.

  • Experience working in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, and experience using project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards for project quality, including accuracy, consistency, relevance, and accessibility.

  • Experience managing budgets and timelines.
  • Both business and above level in English and Japanese
