About the Role  

Are you looking to work in a creative and innovative agency where you will evolve, develop and be challenged? We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join us on a Rare Disease account working with both a Global and EU team. In this role you can expect to look forward to some interesting and varied projects including, consensus programming, a disease awareness campaign, train the trainer programmes (for both internal & external education), patient case profiles and creative HCP/patient materials and resources. The product for this therapy is FDA approved with the EU launch anticipated for Q4 2024 so there is a huge amount of environment shaping and preparation for the therapy to have an established position within the patient pathway and treatment algorithm.

*Please note this role is being hired on a 12 month fixed term contract basis initially. Although we cannot always guarantee it, there is the strong potential of the contract becoming permanent during this time* 

We have offices in LondonOxford and Manchester so we're happy to look at a location that suits you best. Everyone works 3 days from the office each week and the rest of the week from wherever they work best. There are 2 agency anchor days where we like to bring everyone together to collaborate, socialise and share our best work. These are Tues & Weds for London and Weds & Thurs for Manchester and Oxford. 

 

What You’ll Do 

As well as the above the following responsibilities will fall under your day to day remit

  • Assisting in the overall financial management of the account;
  • Lead and deliver multiple medium and large sized projects;
  • Maintain an understanding/overview of all projects across the account;
  • Review materials to ensure alignment with client brief/objectives and account/product strategy and be able to confidently discuss these knowledgeably with clients;
  • Regularly review the overall account programme and client objectives with the Account Director and proactively advise client on new issues/external environment that may have an impact; provide expertise, leadership and experience to the internal team;
  • Actively manage and develop team members; line management; grow business (organic and new business proposals).

What You’ll Need  

Our Senior Account Managers need to be able to establish priorities and anticipate problems in order to meet deadlines, find solutions and assess resourcing needs for the account. We are looking for people who with excellent attention to detail and first-class project management skills.

 

  • ·A track record of success in project management and delivery across a variety of medical education projects, as well as financial management
  • Excellent time management skills; dependable, conscientious, keen and reliable; able to juggle and prioritise, meet challenging deadlines, find solutions and work under pressure; ready to accept responsibility and extra work
  • Good understanding of pharma regulations
  • Desire to grow and develop our business as well as personally within the role; challenge the status quo and be part of developing new creative approaches and solutions to both our client’s problems and our internal priorities
