Hubspot CRM Specialist  

Mission 

As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in refining our CRM capabilities to boost business operations, enrich customer relations, and elevate our sales and marketing efforts. Your mission will be to empower and innovate OfferZen’s use of HubSpot CRM to ensure streamlined operations and superior data management, directly contributing to our business growth and customer satisfaction.

What success looks like

  • Implement and optimise HubSpot CRM to fully align with our business goals, making it a cornerstone for our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop systems and processes that ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights, fostering data-driven decision-making across the company.
  • Design and deliver training to maximise team proficiency and adoption of the CRM, enhancing user engagement and system effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine CRM workflows and functionalities to keep pace with business needs and industry best practices.

Responsibilities 

  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and design scalable solutions for CRM enhancements and customisation that drive revenue growth.
  • Overall HubSpot administration: Responsible for the CRM system implementation and configuring the setup of profiles and permission sets, objects and properties, workflow automations and third-party tool integrations.
  • Data accuracy: Setup monitoring systems to proactively identify data issues and areas for improvement.
  • System optimisation: Continuously optimise HubSpot system and processes to ensure they align with business goals and deliver value to end-users.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain customised HubSpot reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for CRM users to ensure they fully leverage the system's capabilities and best practices.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of CRM system changes, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and workflows to support ongoing system management and knowledge sharing. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (SQL advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Knowledge of best practices in CRM, customer lifecycle management, and industry trends.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing CRM-related challenge
