Driving sales and sales strategy end-to-end to 1) grow ARR to $10m in 2024, and 2) achieve consistent growth beyond that. Sales goals are consistently achieved, by a world-class team, supported by effective sales systems & processes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving quarterly and annual quotas
  • Driving revenue and growth for the organization by increasing sales through all channels
  • Building efficient and high-performing sales processes
  • Building, managing and motivating a team of AEs, and helping them achieve their quotas. 
  • Driving a world-class sales onboarding and continuing skills development program
  • Reporting on KPIs and forecasting
  • Creating the commission structure
  • Participate where needed in winning and closing deals

Competencies & experience

  • 6+ years experience selling SaaS and a track record of delivery against ambitious targets
  • Experience building high-performance sales processes and teams from scratch
  • Experience working on ~R500k annual deals with multiple stakeholders
  • At least 4+ years of experience managing a team of AEs
  • Building and driving qualification and forecasting processes
  • Creating compensation plans for the sales function
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Hands-on approach and genuine passion for closing deals
  • Preferably worked in a startup of <200 employees

We do this by flipping the traditional recruitment model on its head and getting companies to reach out to candidates with upfront offers.

Over the last 5 years, we have managed to make a large dent in the South African online tech recruitment marketplace – and we're speeding up. We have a team of 150+ people with offices in both Cape Town and Amsterdam. At 6 years young, we’re still in an exciting start up phase which allows us to develop new and exciting ideas, innovate our product, and think creatively about solving real problems.
