We are excited to hire our first Head of Partnerships! You'll work directly with the CFO (ex-McKinsey, ex-Amazon) to strategize, design and scale our partnership function.
In particular, you will:
- Own our Channel Partnerships program end-to-end, including defining and executing our partnerships strategy
- Build and implement a prioritized roadmap to nurture and convert channel partner opportunities into active sales conversations, identify priority partners and generate sales pipeline
- Develop strong relationships within partner organizations to identify the right individuals to progress partnership work, unblock collaboration, etc.

Additional Requirements:
- Travel requirements - Up to 20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, conferences, team offsite workshops, partner meetings, and industry-related events

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $156,700-$193,300 per year, plus eligibility for additional commission/bonus ranging $78,000-$97,000, with an overall OTE of $234,700-$290,300; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
