Our Product team is growing and we’re looking to bring on a highly talented Head of Product Design! You’ll manage both the big-picture vision and the day-to-day challenges of building a complex, data-intensive user-facing product and, to accomplish this, a strong and effective design team.

In particular you will:

  • Establish the guiding principles, quality processes, and working cadence that will shape the product’s design and design team 
  • Manage and coach individual designers and build the team as we scale
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for OfferFit products, from initial wireframing to the creation of pixel-perfect high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of product vision and requirements.
  • Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Understand complex product workflows, distilling them into intuitive navigation flows, consistent component behavior, and a unified style.
  • Influence and contribute to OfferFit's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring UX considerations are at the forefront.

Requirements:

  • Experience with building and leading a team of designers
  • Proven experience in a senior design role, with a portfolio showcasing complex projects and solutions.
  • Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma), front-end technologies, and UX research methods 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for rallying teams around a design vision.
  • Experience with data-intensive or ML products (ideally, SaaS) 
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus
