Position Overview:
The Senior Solutions Architect is a critical individual contributor role working closely with our Sales team. You will work with our enterprise customers (pre-sales) to educate them on our product, set up and run proofs-of-concept, and lead discussions of a highly technical nature (e.g., deep dives into product functionality) fielded by technical stakeholders. You will also be able to develop consultative relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders by leading with curiosity and inspiring people with a vision of how reinforcement learning can transform their approach to customer lifecycle marketing.
In particular, you will:
- Represent OfferFit’s product and capabilities to our top prospects
- Lead technical discussions on our cutting-edge data science and answering technical questions
- Execute demos and proof of concepts, including facilitating integration, delivering results & insights
- Serve as a primary instructor for our AI Academy programs, a 1-day interactive workshop to teach artificial intelligence concepts through guided exercises and discussion
- Serve as a thought leader, evangelizing the benefits of AI testing & reinforcement learning
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position OfferFit in relation to them
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., product, engineering) to continuously improve OfferFit’s products and externally facing materials
- Support other team members across functions to develop their expertise and to inform future OfferFit product development

Additional Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to support Eastern Time Zone (ET) working hours
- Up to 10-20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $184,000-$209,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional bonus ranging $84,000-$96,000; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
