Position Overview:
The GTM Enablement Manager plays a key role in empowering OfferFit’s commercial teams with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. As an enablement manager, you will work with pre- and post-sales teams, to:
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand what’s holding their teams back and develop plans for closing the gap through trainings, resources, and other enablement tools
- Work closely with subject-matter experts in marketing, sales, customer success, and machine learning to translate their expertise into enablement programs that are accessible and engaging to commercial teams
- Orchestrate the creation of enablement programs, ensuring they are delivered in time to support key GTM initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of learning by facilitating onboarding and upskilling programs
- Maintain an enablement content library that serves as an essential resource for new and seasoned team members
- Drive continuous improvement by measuring program effectiveness and adapting based on outcomes

Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for this position
- Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
