About the Job
We are looking for someone to join our logistics and purchasing team. The ideal candidate should have ample experience in dealing with IT-related procurements and be able to provide internal and external user support in this key area.
Duties and responsibilities
- In-charge in purchasing of IT-related equipment, software and applications, licenses, and other requests
- Continuously update the Inventory Management System on a daily basis and keep track of our logistics as a whole
- Develop and establish strategic processes related to logistics and purchasing and perform continuous improvement
- Work closely with requests and direct managers to provide user support and updates
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 2 years prior experience in handling logistics and purchasing
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the procurement process
- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent analytical ability
- A background on inventory management system, logistics applications, and ticketing system
- Strong background in IT logistics and purchasing
Working conditions
This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office. *Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.
