We are currently looking for a Content OPS Associate who will be responsible for uploading, quality control, and the overall management of content. We are looking for creative and diverse individuals who are passionate about redefining content through innovation, unconventional thinking, and embracing fun!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle OnDemandKorea content service operations
Manage content and live service
Manage contracts and related company communications
2 + years of working experience (in OTT, video content or internet/app service a plus)
Must be bi-lingual in Korean
Proficient with Microsoft Office/G-Suite including Excel, Google Spreadsheet
Interest and general knowledge in Korean visual content
Has strong sense of responsibility for work and live service
Be able to collaborate with team using excellent communication j
Live web/ app service operation / planning experience a plus
Experience using collaborative systems such as slack, Jira, Confluence, and others a plus
Having video editing skills a plus
Working Schedule: M-F 9am – 6pm. Overtime work may be required to communicate with Korean branch and operate live services. Some weekends and holidays may be required.
