What's the opportunity?

At ODIN, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of our industry leading proven product. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team. From day one, the Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.  

What will I do?

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
  • Help with financial tasks, board materials, and investor updates
  • Present data and reports to guide company direction
  • Strategic planning and data analysis
  • Develop our B2B operations and expansion plan
  • Help set up our sales process and operations
  • Be a partner to the founding team to help them make data informed decisions

What skills do I need?

  • You have meaningful experience in business operations or business development
  • You're comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • You're strategic and love connecting the dots across different projects and teams but you're also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done
  • You love to wear multiple hats, juggle projects simultaneously, and prioritize as our needs shift
  • 7+ years in a business or executive management role
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

Bonus Points

  • Previous small to mid-level startup experience.
  • Construction or real estate development experience
  • Based in New York City or surrounding area
