The Revenue Team - is responsible for driving revenue and growth by actively engaging with customers and leads, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that address those needs effectively. 

Initially reporting into the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for the management and growth of the Market Development team in your region while also maintaining your own book of business.

This role requires that you live within the region you are managing. 

For the Northeast region, you are required to live in the Greater New York Metro area and will oversee the New York/New Jersey and Maine regions. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • This is a player/coach role that provides an opportunity and exposure to a people management role within the Odeko Revenue organization. 
  • People Management:
    • Approximately ⅔ of your time will be spent dedicated to the development, growth, and success of the direct reports on your team, driving them toward actions that drive revenue
    • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings designed to track performance, focus priorities, address systemic issues and blockers, and coach your team towards incremental successes over time. 
    • Conduct monthly development with team members to focus on this personal and professional development skills
    • Work Closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer to become a “coach” to your team in every sense of the word. Help strategize and track toward both short-term and long-term performance and development goals including quota attainment, cross-functional preparedness, and career pathing
  • Market Management / Sales:
    • Approximately ⅓ of your time will be spent dedicated to your own sales goals, acquiring net new accounts and growing walle share
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Support to improve shared responsibilities, workflows and processes to ultimately improve Odeko’s customer’s experience. 
  • Partner with peers on the Revenue team to ensure that all regions are tracking toward the same goals of revenue growth and success of the markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally and take on additional responsibilities as needed to improve the overall function of the Revenue team - these may include marketing, enablement, training, etc.

About you: 

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in a related industry
  • 1-2 years of management experience preferred by not required
  • Proven ability to motivate and  lead by example
  • Analytical and data driven - you enjoy digging in to data to analyze trends and find the “why”
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels

 

Compensation for this role is between $115,000 - $135,000
