What we’re looking for: 

We’re looking for a highly organized, data driven Revenue Operations leader, with a history of success in a high growth organization. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for owning and overseeing all performance and revenue driving elements of the customer lifecycle. This person will partner with cross-functional teams (including sales, account management, marketing, finance and product/engineering), with the primary objective of enabling Odeko to optimize and scale our revenues operations into the future.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the revenue forecasting process, pipeline analysis, productivity metrics and monitoring with regards to new location tracking, revenue per location, and pricing.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning and forecasting approaches used by the marketing, sales, and account management organizations.
  • Own our Hubspot implementation. Hubspot is our single platform for customer lifecycle across marketing, sales, account management, and customer support.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver sales and revenue growth models.
  • Create the framework for instrumenting and continuously improving our lead to opportunity to closed won funnel
  • Develop a central set of KPIs to track sales and success team results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own the process, tooling and execution of variable compensation plans across Sales, CS and Solutions Engineering

 

About you:

  • Flexible/adaptive, self-motivated, and goal-orientated
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience with SaaS or B2B tech solutions
  • Expert in Hubspot management and process optimization
  • Highly organized, data driven, with a strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proven track record of hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
