Our Operations team is responsible for supporting and fulfilling the strategic goals of the business while using the least amount of resources available without sacrificing quality or efficiency.

We are looking for an Operations Lead to join us in Atlanta. This individual will be the tactical arm of our warehouse management team. Our Operations Lead will be the driving force behind completing order processing and deliveries. He/She/They will also lead order pulling, packing, and delivery route dispatching. If you enjoy problem solving, the energy on the warehouse floor, and a fast paced environment, then keep on reading! 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Prioritize and assign tasks to team members in such a way that the more pressing tasks are completed first
  • Mentor team members and conduct training on the job to build a highly skilled department
  • Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics
  • Coordinate transactional operations and monitor ongoing business processes in the organization
  • Collaborate with Assistant General Managers in directing, administering and controlling the day to day operations 
  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff
  • Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in an order processing fulfillment center
  • Knowledge of WMS systems and hand-held scanners 
  • Familiarity with route dispatching and final mile delivery
  • Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory management 
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team
  • Netsuite or Shipstation knowledge preferred
