The National Fleet Manager will be responsible for the company’s fleet of vehicles. This includes driving new initiatives to improve safety, cost, on time deliveries, vehicle up time, and overall customer experience. This role is challenging and appeals to people who have a pioneering spirit and founder's mentality.


  • Establish Fleet safety programs and policies as the company grows to ensure compliance for local and regional regulations.
  • Create a culture of safety by partnering with different Ops functions, teaching, motivating, auditing, and driving accountability across the company.
  • Create visibility into and own drive vehicle tracking, vehicle utilization, full cost of ownership of vehicle, vehicle incident reporting, and more.
  • Scope, create, and drive product/project plans. 
  • Full ownership of end-to-end vehicle deployment from OEM, Upfitter, Transporters, to company warehouses. 
  • Develop deep knowledge of EV Fleets and regularly benchmark from like industries to create best in class practices at Odeko.
  • Create and manage KPIs to measure safety, cost, vehicle up time, and overall customer experience.
  • Partner with Ops Leadership Team to create targets by building and develop methods of measuring and defining Fleet performance
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement project solutions and improve Fleet operations.


  • 3-5 years of experience in Fleet operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  
  • Experience with different Fleets, OEMs, Upfitters, Deployment Processes, Telematic tools, Safety features. 
  • Ability to travel to warehouse locations across the country, as needed 


  • Lean / Six-Sigma knowledge
  • Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
  • Experience with managing different Fleets
  • Experience with working with different OEMs
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Deep knowledge in telematics and fleet safety products
  • Mobile Maintenance, Mobile Fueling, Mobile Washing experience
  • EV and Vehicle Charging experience 
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
