What we’re looking for: 

The HR Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in working with the Integration Management leadership to integrate new distribution centers, it’s employees, systems, and other targets into Odeko. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day operations of employee contractor lifecycle management including; but not limited to the management of  employee onboarding, ADP data, benefits enrollment, HR compliance, and ad-hoc projects. The HR Operations Lead will be tasked in providing synergy to employees of newly acquired assets, as they transition to Odeko employees.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Operate as the point of contact for all new and existing employees as they transition to Odeko.
  • Collaborate with teams and employees across Odeko to ensure business and employee objectives are met. 
  • Effectively explain company policies, HR best practices, and HR initiatives to managers and employees in an engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with People team counterparts to create and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs

About you:

  • Thrives in fast paced environment
  • 4-6 years of experience in operations focused HR
  • Ability to process large amounts of information into digestible pieces
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
  • Ability to work successfully in a cross collaborative environment

Bonus Points:

  • Has worked on a merger or acquisition previously
  • Familiarity with US employment state rules and regulations
  • Benefits experience
