What we’re looking for: 

The Talent Acquisition Partner or Business Recruiter  will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers across Odeko’s  Marketing, Engagement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operation’s team. This individual will be tasked with developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders while managing the candidate experience.  Additionally, our Talent Acquisition Partner will be the driving force behind implementing scalable sourcing strategies for our non-technical departments.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting from initial candidate engagement to onboarding. This includes, but is not limited to: sourcing, pre-screening, and managing virtual interviews
  • Develop recruiting strategies to proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Contribute to process improvement, employer branding, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with team leads and departments to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Manage relationship with external partners
  • Responsible for maintaining an up to date candidate pipeline in  our ATS (applicant tracking system)

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 4-6 years in a business recruiting role
  • Proven ability working in fast paced environment
  • Self starter - able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence
  • Proficient using Greenhouse and/or Lever

Bonus Points:

  • 1-2 years experience running stakeholder interview training
  • 1-2 years working in a start-up, agency, or tech company
  • Track record improving process and provide optimal candidate experience.
  • Enthusiasm for training and mentoring junior recruiting team members
