From their coffee, tea, milk, pastries, donuts, syrups to their cups, gloves, cleaners!

1) What are the job responsibilities for the Process Assistant?

  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule vendor deliveries
  • Establish and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Input and process orders
  • Daily invoicing
  • Process credit card purchases
  • Review and certify local delivery manifest for our routes to ensure all products are available
  • Electronic tracking of delivery damages

2) What would I get Paid?

Starting pay would be $15.00-18.00 per hour

3) What hours would I work and where are you located?

Full time, Farmingdale, NY
