About OCUS

OCUS produces high-quality, custom visual content at scale for international brands. We do so by relying on a global community of over 20,000 highly-qualified photographers and image creators. Product-driven, we use state of the art tech to make the whole process seamless both for brands and image creators. Our core mission: to create a thriving ecosystem for them, while driving brand’s growth through engaging visuals - from photographies to drone and 360° videos. Read our charter to know more. Since 2016, we have worked with over 500 key accounts, including UberEats, Booking.com, L’Oreal or Deloitte. And today, we deliver over 500,000 images every month. Just last year, our team has grown from 30 to 100 people. With over 30 nationalities in the team, we are based in Paris, New-York, Singapore.


The Junior Acquisition specialist will be key in driving OCUS growth. You will join the Community Team and will work closely with the Acquisition manager. Your mission: to support the acquisition of OCUS global community of image creators.

Your missions 

  • Implement the acquisition of new image creators worldwide
  • Be proactive in designing new digital marketing campaigns; you're responsible to analyse their performances and optimize them
  • Drive content marketing initiatives
  • Analyse the website performance in order to make recommendations regarding your campaign's performances
  • Suggest new growth strategies to increase our reach
  • A/B testing of new communications on local audience
  • Hold a strategic watch on acquisition best practices

Exemples of what your goals will look like:

  • By the end of your first 6 months, you will have reduced the acquisition lead time and costs by 20%
  • Participated in creating an inbound strategy for a geographical region

About you 

  • You have 2 to 3 years of digital marketing in an agency or startup
  • You know how to run ads campaign on Adwords, Facebook Ads
  • You know how to drive lead generation strategies
  • Data-oriented, you're organized and analytical
  • You know scrapping tools, Google Analytics, Landing pages tools and SEA
  • You are proactive, love test&learn, with a result-driven mindset
  • You're fluent in English and ideally another language 
  • You want to take part in the growth of a global community of creative independants

  • 2 visio or on-site interviews (45 min each)
  • 1 interview with our CEO
