Summary:
Ocrolus is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to oversee Strategy, Development and Insights of cross-functional Marketing Programs. Reporting directly into the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, this person will manage the existing and growing marketing stack including CRM, ABM, and Digital Advertising platforms, while also optimizing marketing efforts and incorporating marketing operations best practices.
This person should operate with a strong internal drive that empowers them to support their numerous internal stakeholders; partnering with them on their data flow, strategy and deliverables. Cross functional in nature, this person will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Data Analytics, and Revenue Operations supporting a broad range of initiatives across Ocrolus’ GTM ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paid marketing analysis and dictate allocation of growing budgets via collaboration with the Marketing Leadership Team in tandem with Revenue Organization OKRs
- Own our HubSpot instance and serve as the owner of all data cleanliness, system maintenance, and workflow optimization/ improvements
- Partner with Business Systems Manager to lead the design of top of funnel system rollouts such as Self Sign-Up, Chat, and ABM
- Identify and drive efforts to integrate marketing tools, marketing automation software, customer relationship management systems, customer data platforms, etc. within the Revenue Operations team
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards through BI tooling that attributes marketing team efforts, and present findings, results, and iterations to the VP of Marketing, CRO, and CEO on a weekly basis leading to iterative improvements
- Enable marketing nurture campaigns with an analytical support, helping partner teams to drive maximum impact across their initiatives
- Embed yourself within the Marketing organization as a catalyst to drive maximum impact of the demand gen, brand, & content teams
- Support marketing campaign evolution via A/B testing to optimize delivery, click through, and conversion
- Leverage multiple channels to tether comprehensive data sets from sources such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Paid Advertising, and Hubspot Campaigns
Requirements:
