Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the business in meeting its growth plans by identifying, attracting and retaining talent by providing operational vision and solutions to operational recruitment challenges.

Role & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all Technology recruitment activity including:

  • Supporting the business in meeting its growth plans by identifying, attracting and hiring talented individuals
  • Managing multiple vacancies concurrently throughout the full recruitment life-cycle, using a modern recruitment technology stack including tools such as an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Greenhouse or similar), CRM (e.g. Beamery), Referral systems, HRIS (e.g. Workday or similar), Professional Network platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Direct candidate sourcing and search skills using various channels creatively, including use of CV Databases and other relevant media and Social Media
  • Conducting behavioural/competency based interviews via telephone and face to face and understands best practice in interviewing and candidate profiling based on selection criteria
  • Writing job adverts for both internal and external use via our own Careers Website and external job boards in a manner that is compliant to all relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Candidate management and communication; providing updates on applications and feedback 
  • Supporting an exceptional candidate experience for both internal and external candidates
  • Liaising with agencies and managing agency relationships
  • Scheduling candidate interviews 
  • Administration of online psychometric and skills based tests where appropriate
  • Raising employment contracts and packs for successful candidates where appropriate
  • Managing relationships with hiring managers and strategically addressing their recruitment needs 
  • Utilising external labour market and industry knowledge to provide benchmarking and insight for hiring managers
  • Attending and coordinating events e.g. university careers fairs, conferences, webinars
  • Supporting your line manager on evaluation of tools and processes in order to continually improvements recruitment systems and processes
  • Supporting our employer brand internally and externally e.g. via candidate communications, social media channels and external events.
  • Delivering recruitment related training
  • Support recruitment projects and products in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager/Centre Head
  • Proactively use recruitment data to support with hiring managers in identifying solutions to problems and aid decision-making

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience working within a Technology or technical recruitment function (Agency, Internal or RPO) as a Recruitment Agent or Consultant. 
  • Experience of the full 360 recruitment life-cycle
  • Candidate search and profiling skills using a multi-channel approach
  • Understanding of recruitment legislation
  • Experience conducting behavioural/competency based interviews
  • Use of Google suite or Microsoft Office
  • Advocates candidate experience
  • Experience using a mixed recruitment technology stack that includes ATS, CVDB, CRM, Professional Networks, Referrals, etc
  • Experience in coordination, planning and organisation
  • Experience in prioritising multiple tasks in a fast paced, pressured environment
  • Experience working with and managing stakeholders at various levels of a business with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bulgarian language
  • Ability to collaborate and work successfully in a team including supporting others in their work, sharing ideas and challenging ways of working in a positive and constructive manner 
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Confident with data, KPIs and metrics with the ability to perform analysis to drive advice, decision making and solve problems
