“Ocado Technology, powering the future of retail through sustained disruptive technology innovation...”

Ocado Technology is the revolutionary blend of a technology business, a retailer and a disruptive innovator. Born at the cusp of five disruptive technologies - AI, Robotics, Cloud, Big Data, and IoT - the Ocado Smart Platform brings together fully automated warehouses operated by swarm robotics, sophisticated forecasting and routing software, tailored recommendations powered by machine-learning, and much more.

Our unique culture has been a fundamental enabler to our success. We have retained most of our start-up spark and passion. We are quirky, unconventional and rule breaking. We value trust, honesty, and craftsmanship.
