What will you do?

You'll join the OnRoad OSP team. Our mission is to empower retail enterprises to provide next-level customer service from a spoke to a customers door step. We facilitate every part of the plan's execution; from allocating drivers to routes & live-tracking route progress, to providing the in-van platform for helping our drivers get to where they are going.
You'll be working on the Android application used by drivers - they are responsible for driving the van to a customers door and delivering the correct goods. Our job is to provide the device and data that they use to make their job as easy as possible, with an optimum UX flow to reduce the time taken to make deliveries. With drivers being the largest sector of employees, every second we can save counts.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience with Android 
  • An understanding of automated testing;
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery concepts;
  • Strong collaboration skills that will allow you to work effectively alongside a cross-functional team;
  • A desire to learn from others in order to improve your breadth and depth of knowledge;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Polish
  • A wish to continuously iterate on features and create the best UX possible across all mobile platforms.

We would love it if you have:

  • Worked in an agile environment
  • Experience with maintaining, or contributing to, open-source projects;
  • Experience with Unit and UI testing;
  • Knowledge of the most modern mobile architectures;
  • A test-driven approach to development;
  • Created continuous delivery systems for your apps.
