The team at ObserveIT is growing! We are looking to add on our very first Account Executive to join our International sales team in the ANZ region. This is a key role that will play a vital part to our company success as we continue to grow globally. This is a great opportunity for you to get into a venture backed and fast paced, high growth company. We are looking for someone who is willing and always ready to roll their sleeves up, dive in headfirst and make a major impact. If you’re passionate about the security industry and wanting to make a difference in the world, this could be the job for you!


  • Completely own and run the entire sales process from prospecting to close, while consistently crushing your quarterly sales targets in the ANZ region
  • Become best friends with your Sales Engineer to demonstrate ObserveIT solutions to customers
  • Leverage existing ObserveIT partners and uncover new business
  • Identify and support key marketing events
  • Become very familiar with (if you’re not already) with online tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Rainking, Salesforce, LogMeIn, etc.) to research potential prospects and create your book of business
  • Manage accurate and timely forecast management


  • At least 10 years of software sales with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of full quota carrying experience
  • A hunter’s mentality who’s not afraid to cold call and uncover new business
  • Passion for cybersecurity
  • Awesome communication and follow up skills
  • The ability and confidence to work remotely and own an entire region
