The team at ObserveIT is growing! We are looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join our Sales team in our Boston HQ. This is a key role that will play a vital part to our company success as we continue to grow across the country.   • Design, build, and execute a comprehensive outbound strategy for all partners (OEMs, SIs, Technology Partners and GTM Partners) in conjunction with Sales, Customer Success and Product Leaders.
  • Manage partnerships on an ongoing basis to include partner ramp-up, enablement and ongoing measurement of value to our company and partners
  • Generate material revenue opportunities through partnership opportunities whether through OEM, licensing or re-selling arrangements



  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience building BD function in a successful company
  • A very deep understanding of the security market
  • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated cross-functional communication and thrive on building relationships
  • Natural sales ability
  • Prior experience carrying and crushing a quota
