We specialize in building lasting memories, and crafting the art of the human experience. Clients include Nike, Facebook, Apple, JPMorgan Chase, Activision, Kellogg’s, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day, and Genentech. 

We are currently searching for a Staffing Manager to recruit, book, onboard and manage all temporary project staff across all clients. This person will partner with all departments to assist with outsourced labor and resourcing needs.


  • Act as go-to resource for all company outsourced labor needs
  • Manage the On Brand Staffing (OBS) event and part-time staff database
  • Recruit talent as needed for project-specific work
  • Keep talent leads warm and engaged
  • Manage Admin Support staff (incl. interns, admin coordinator, etc.)
  • Manage staff onsite at certain events as needed
  • Work closely with Finance & HR to insure staff HR paperwork and payroll is running smoothly


Project Staffing (70%)

  • Manage the On Brand Staffing process
  • Network and source to identify and recruit talent for projects
  • Conduct interviews
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies
  • Manage OBS database
    • Create and maintain internal bench staff database
  • Work with HR to generate all offer letters
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timesheets are approved correctly and in a timely manner

Event Execution (30%)

  • Beyond internal responsibilities, the position will consist of managing one-off events on an as-needed basis. In addition, filling in as support for large-scale client events.
  • Event/Onsite Execution Responsibilities:
    • Managing onsite staff, break schedules, and roles/responsibilities
    • Facilitating staff training to ensure all staff is familiar with the brand, roles and responsibilities
    • Acting as a liaison between Account/Production and temporary event staff
    • Assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork for onsite hires
    • Providing feedback on onsite staff to internal team post-events


  • BA/BS degree from a 4-year accredited university
    • Preferred Degrees:
      • Business Admin, Marketing, HR


  • 2+ years recruiting experience desired, preferably for marketing projects and events, and/or creative positions.
  • Experience in a creative environment or agency.
  • Experience sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking candidates
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 


  • Excellent customer service skills; friendly and approachable
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple work projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet set deadlines
