This role is responsible for sales to prospective OANDA clients as well as on-boarding of new clients, introducing them to our platform and acting as their first point of contact. You will be helping clients throughout their live account application and increasing the number of new live trading accounts, managing client relationships and achieving quarterly targets. The role will be based in our London office.

What you will do:

  • Learn about the FX and CFD markets from industry professionals
  • Develop sales processes and customer service skills
  • Call leads generated by marketing initiatives
  • Drive sales for Retail products and services, within regulatory rules
  • Follow up with clients in the first 30 days after they have started trading
  • Responsible for answering prospects' queries
  • Working with New Accounts to collect all documents required to open an account
  • Responsible for documenting all client communication in Salesforce
  • Keep up to date with market movements and discuss them with clients, without providing investment advice
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous face-to-face and/or phone sales experience
  • You will be passionate about the financial sector and the FX & CFD markets
  • Previous sales experience in the FX & CFD sector is a strong plus, although candidates from all Sales backgrounds will be considered
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and identify key messaging for different audiences
  • Can-do attitude, openness to learning and a strong drive to succeed
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Experience in Salesforce would be beneficial

OTE: £70,000-80,000
