The role

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will be involved in various projects and you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.

This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment.

We’re seeking a person who will work closely with our Salesforce Developers to drive the overall adoption, optimization, and ongoing iteration of the Salesforce platform, leveraging multiple integrations and different technologies.

Expected Functions / Key Results:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively.
  • To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components, and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture
  • Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications
  • Perform Salesforce declarative configuration and customisation based on identified business requirements
  • Run Quality Assurance and Client Validation testing to verify that any new customisation and feature works as intended and Ensure clear and open communication to understand and manage the client needs and expectations.”
  • Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Lead and participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
  • Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
  • Documenting process, procedures, internal and end-user manuals, training materials and performing trainings to end users

Requirements:

  • 2 + years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms
  • Be a critical thinker: solve tough problems for the world’s biggest brands, work together, and be relentless in ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Leveraging a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities and limitations to clearly communicate those to customers.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to listen actively and analyze requirements in a profound manner
  • Configuration, Declarative, various Salesforce Admin experience and Design and implement data migration strategies
  • Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic solutions and interfaces
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Mandatory: Current Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant.

Good to have : Dev 1 certification, Consumer good, Experience cloud certification, Platform App builder and / or Pardot certification

1st step: Cultural fit interview

During this face-to-face interview,  we want to meet the candidate and understand the expectations regarding career plan and motivation and give the candidate an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment. Also laying out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed  together!

2nd step: Technical test

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

3rd step: Technical Interview with the team

After passing the technical test, it’s time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
