The Nuventra corporate team is looking for an internal Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic and operational planning initiatives and goals. Your success will depend on your ability to facilitate the planning process with your solid talent for providing structure and serving as the key coordinator on numerous internal programs and processes.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross-functional team interactions including but not limited to supporting weekly meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, creating agendas, following up on action items, etc.
  • Lead internal projects/company initiatives from inception through lifecycle maintenance and closeout by coordinating resources, tasks, and deliverables, maintaining documentation, and managing communications
  • Ensure company-wide short term (7-14 days) and long term (quarterly and yearly) action items and goals are moving towards completion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input, fulfill deliverables, and manage alignment where needed
  • Assist with client facing project managers to monitor, measure, and report on project status/metrics making sure that all key stakeholders are kept informed
  • Support project management team with generating and maintaining internal training documents, checklists, templates, etc.
  • Support the completion of internal project procedures including start up activities, QC sign off sheets, note to files, deviations, etc.
  • Lead and assist in establishing best practices for project management tools including but not limited to Wrike, Teams, ShareFile and Outlook
  • Serve as resourcing liaison for certain requests including those to third party vendors
  • Support the Executive Team and Mid-management as needed on internal tasks/projects
  • Facilitate problem solving among team members

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of related professional experience
  • Experience in managing and coordinating programs and projects
  • Experience delivering presentations and leading meetings with senior management
  • Skilled with office applications like Microsoft Office suite
  • Equipped with the ability to handle ambiguity at times and add structure where necessary
  • Must be well organized, a quick learner, self-motivated and proactive team member
