Note to applicants: This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around our southern major markets which includes: Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Florida. 

Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Regional Field Marketing Manager you will be a crucial component to growing the C4 brand in your assigned territory. Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, the Regional Field Marketing Manager is responsible for being a strategic leader and overseeing all aspects of the Field Marketing program in their assigned region.  This entails leading Field Marketing teams, working closely with sales and local DSD partners and planning, and executing in market activity. Regional Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for measuring effectiveness of the program, and implementing process, incentive, and execution improvements

What You're Good At:

  • You will develop strategic plans to reach consumers in need of energy and authentically connecting them to the C4 brand
  • You will collaborate with Sales, Social, Partnerships, Creative and BI teams to ensure alignment and effective planning 
  • Build & develop strong relationships with Beverage Sales and DSD partners in your territory to better align strategy to support and increase sales
  • Establish objectives, measurable goals, and KPIs 
  • Establish priority retailers to support during key promotional and marketing periods
  • Create and manage an approved budget
  • You will lead, provide strategic direction, and motivate the Field Marketing teams
  • Ensure training materials (sampling sheets, Nutrabolt University, etc.) are current and effective for both existing products and new product launches.
  • Conduct periodic training and reinforcement of proper sampling and brand messaging techniques among field marketing team 
  • Obtain creative assets from Creative Services as needed for events
  • Research and identify strategic partnerships that will open doors for events and other sampling activities
  • Coordinate event logistics and work with Field Marketing Manager on scheduling brand ambassador team to support planned events
  • Design opportunistic/strategic sampling strategy based on regional trends and demographics in assigned region
  • You will oversee accurate reporting in our CRM tool (currently Repsly)
  • You will continuously monitor, measure, and report on effectiveness of program including weekly and monthly recaps
  • You will continuously implement process, incentive, and execution improvements 
  • You will travel up to 75% in your territory

 

What You Contribute:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR or related field
  • Has 5+ years of experience in field marketing and/or event planning
  • Experience working with Beverage DSD’s, direct experience Big Geyser is a plus
  • Has demonstrated leadership ability
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and is a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrates and excels with communication skills
  • Is a social chameleon and can network with a wide range of industries and personalities
  • Is extremely organized and can juggle multiple, competing priorities
  • Is creative and resourceful; can resolve issues/problems that may come up in the field 
  • Can think and plan strategically and holistically but also demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends
  • Is self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Has a passion for the fitness industry and believes in what we do
  • Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job
