Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Partnership Manager, you will work closely with teams both internally and externally to drive Nutrabolt’s partnerships with athletes, influencers, brand partners, team sponsorships, etc. You will maintain and activate current relationships in addition to onboarding new partners. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can take initiative to achieve results. 

What You're Good At:

Partnership Strategy 

  • Supporting C4 Energy, Cellucor, and XTEND business objectives with a strategic, innovative, and consumer minded vision for Partnership Marketing. Partnership marketing may include team sponsorships, athlete, talent, influencer deals, and/or industry specific partnerships such as gym or lifestyle brand partners
  • Assisting with partnership scouting as needed to create partnerships within key segments and audience targets
  • Budgeting for partnership rights fees and activation spend

Contract Management 

  • Assisting with the contract negotiation process and understanding key elements of a contract required to maximize return on the investment
  • Managing contractual assets such as social posts, content, production days, appearances, branding, media integration, community and/or retail integration, PR, etc. and ensure all deliverables are met
  • Tracking and measuring all contractual assets and use data to drive results

Activation / Integrated Marketing

  • Delivering annual partnership marketing 360 plans aligning to larger department and organizational goals
  • Driving high quality, cross-functional collaboration with the broader marketing team including social, content, public relations, retail/shopper marketing, and field marketing
  • Collaborating with other departments including sales, product development, legal, finance, and HR to maximize partnership effectiveness
  • Ensuring partners are product experts and advocates by delivering high quality product education
  • Providing best in class service to partners, such as supplying product and branded items
  • Building trusted relationships with partners going beyond transactional and creating an environment in which partners feel like an extension of the family

In this role, your goals and KPIs will be focused on driving top-of-mind brand awareness through building strong brand equity via relevant and emotionally connecting communication while accelerating new consumer growth through increased working media investment, PR, Influencers, and strategic partnerships. Specific KPI’s to include:

    • Aided awareness and brand consideration of the Nutrabolt brands
    • PR impressions driven by partnerships
    • Earned media value driven by partnerships 

What You Contribute: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorships, or talent management
  • Proven team player with an ability to develop high quality internal and external relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically at a high level, but also develop tactical recommendations and execute with great attention to detail
  • High quality communication skills with the ability to create effective presentations in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience in the beverage, fitness, and/or sports or active nutrition industries
  • Familiarity with using partnerships to drive sales goals and omnichannel results
  • Experience with NIL partnership programs a plus
