Who You Are:

Nutrabolt’s Amazon Media Manager will play a critical role in the success of our Domestic and Global Amazon business for C4 Energy, Cellucor, and XTEND. This individual will be responsible for supporting the paid media strategy for Amazon and will be executing this via a mix of outside agency resources as well as Nutrabolt’s internal digital team. Amazon makes up a large share of the digital business here at Nutrabolt and all work supporting it has high visibility and impact.

What You're Good At:

  • Understanding of how paid media fits into a larger Amazon growth strategy at the total business level
  • Maximizing efficiency of paid channels to hit monthly performance goals for Amazon
  • Monitoring daily trends, opportunities, and spend across multiple brands/product lines
  • Thinking analytically and creatively with proven track record
  • Performing as an SME for the internal team to lean on for media commentary and recommendations
  • Executing and optimizing an Amazon paid media strategy to hit aggressive growth targets
  • Providing analysis and reporting on campaigns
  • Learning and coming to the table with innovative opportunities to drive incremental performance
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • ROAS targets
    • Spend as a percentage of total revenue
    • Paid share of voice
    • Manage spend to targeted mix of branded and non-branded keywords
    • Manage ad campaigns to hit intended total revenue targets

What You Contribute: 

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of digital marketing experience with a deep understanding of the CPG e-commerce landscape or relevant B2C experience
  • Preferred background in sports nutrition or sporting related companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or other analytical fields
  • Experience managing large, growing budgets, specifically in a marketplace or search-driven platform
  • Organized and highly attentive to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate decisions to total business impact
  • Ideal candidate will be data driven with clear examples of how data influences their decisions and leads to growth
  • Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
