Who You Are: As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be a key member of the Nutrabolt Europe team. Principle responsibilities will include financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to aid quick & effective business decision making. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, have an enquiring mind, a proactive/self-starter nature, commercial acumen and a desire for discovering insights from customer & consumer activities. In order to develop actionable insights, the individual will need to collaborate and influence across a wide array of stakeholders (sales, marketing, operational finance, supply chain).

What You're Good At:

  • Identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with prior periods, plans, and forecasts
  • Partnering with sales teams to scenario plan, gate spend & offer analytics to inform decision making
  • Ensuring Finance delivers necessary accrual and other adjustments to Accounting at month end and completes any necessary reporting
  • Managing profitability and review accruals with an understanding for both a balance sheet and income statement perspective
  • Helping create a forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements, and compare against prior year/plan/forecast
  • Interfacing with key stakeholders across the organization to help drive growth and process improvement
  • Reconciling transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Recommencing actions by analyzing and interpreting data, performing scenario analysis and keeping ROI in mind at all times
  • Increasing productivity by automating and documenting processes; coordinating information requirements
  • Meeting deadlines, prioritize your workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-growing and environment
  • Being a team player who seeks opportunities to make the organization, your team, and yourself better

What You Contribute: 

  • Has a degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Analytical related field
  • Accounting or Finance master's degree preferred
  • Understands and is proficient in Excel Financial Modeling, building out presentations, and presenting effectively
  • Familiarity with accounting principles related to revenue recognition and deductions
  • Has experience in report creation and understands Programming/Databases/Data Mining/Data Management
  • Has 4-7 years in budget-specific experience, building up company, division and/or departmental budgets
  • Has 4-7 years in sales analysis experience, assessing top line, bottom line, margin fluctuations and offering recommendations to senior management
  • Is driven and passionate about growing the business and achieving strategic milestones
  • Is adaptable, a quick learner, and takes it upon themselves to find answers
  • Has proven success working with sales leaders
  • Is proactive and always one step ahead of the game
  • Has effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strong organizational skills and is detail oriented
  • Will not stop until the job is done and done right
