Who You Are:
As a Student Brand Specialist (SBS), you are the face of the C4 brand on your college campus. You are empowered to grow C4 brand awareness and brand affinity among target consumers. Being well connected to multiple student communities, you will identify the right occasions to create brand experiences and encourage product trial and product consumption.
What You're Good At:
Identifying and working with other students to become an integral part of campus communities
Activating C4 at campus events that are relevant to target consumer and brand identity
Setting up and tearing down event activations
Ensuring C4 is in the right retail locations by communicating sales opportunities
Collaborating with peer counterparts to share key learning points, challenges and inspirational ideas
Identifying and communicating guerilla sampling opportunities to the Field Marketing Manager
Staying up to date on product knowledge through internal systems and training
Updating internal systems with planned activity and activity recaps entered in real time
Keeping the Field Marketing Manager up to date with weekly identified marketing opportunities and needed resources
What You Contribute:
Knowledge of the sports nutrition industry
Event marketing and/or brand promotion experience
Strong communication skills
Organized and self-motivated
Ability to lift 50lbs+ for event set up and break down
Reliable source of transportation for commuting to storage facility and events
Over the age of 18 and actively enrolled as a student at California State University- Chico
Commitment of 15 hours per week
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed
