We are looking for an exceptional go-getter to join the Nurx CRM team to own the strategy, planning, and execution for our acquisition and retention campaigns. This role requires an independent self-starter who can flawlessly deliver the baseline but also proactively seeks to improve existing foundations/processes to increase efficiency and scalability.  A leader with the ability to develop a roadmap and plan for CRM initiatives and unafraid to take it to the next level. This role will collaborate intimately across data, product, engineering, and marketing will be a core exercise to success.  This is a new role with lots of opportunity to gain challenging yet high-growth experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Develop theme ideas for emails to our audiences including our newsletter, and other campaign blasts. 
  • Build launch campaigns for new services. 
  • Assist with development of email creative, copy, and working with the CRM operations lead to drive successful campaigns. 
  • Building reports and decks with campaign insights. 
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing team on campaign collaboration, ideation, and timing. 
  • Build calendars and roadmaps for the crm plans against goals. 
  • Develop and deploy marketing automations and campaigns through Cordial
  • Build blasts across other non email channels such as SMS and Push (launching in future)
  • Utilize data to personalize campaigns to Nurx patients
  • Collaborate with growth team to prioritize service line goals

A bit about you: 

  • 1-2 yrs experience in email marketing with at least one email platform (Cordial, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Responsys, etc)
  • Deadline driven
  • High level of project management to prioritize deadlines and requests
  • Strong communication skills to set expectations and provide progress with stakeholders
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-teams
  • Basic Photoshop skill is a plus but not required
  • SQL skill is a plus but not required
